Jennifer Lopez will announce she is divorcing husband Mark Anthony after Valentine's Day, according to a new report.
Although the couple - who welcomed their first children, twins Max and Emme, in February - renewed their wedding vows three months ago, the report says "their relationship has been on a downward spiral in recent months" and they are gearing up to go their separate ways.A source tells the New York Daily News' Gatecrasher column, "Marc and Jennifer are planning on announcing their divorce right after Marc's show at Madison Square Garden on Feb. 14.
"Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet. Things haven't been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell.
"They're definitely planning a clean break in February."
Rumors the couple's marriage was on the rocks surfaced after Lopez arrived at The Curious Case of Benjamin Button premiere in early December without her wedding or engagement rings.
And Marc, 40, has been spotted ditching his own wedding band at N.Y.C. hot spots such as Bungalow 8.
The source added, "Marc's ready to move on. The fighting has been too much for him to handle lately."
A rep for Anthony denied the reports; Lopez's didn't respond.

Jennifer Lopez and Salma Hayek Among 66th Golden Globes' Presenters
Jennifer Lopez and Salma Hayek are to present awards at the 66th annual Golden Globes.
The actresses will join Pineapple Express star Seth Rogen and Baby Mama star Amy Poehler presenting gongs at the ceremony at Los Angeles' Beverly Hilton Hotel on January 11, 2009, reports Variety.
Simon Baker, Drew Barrymore and Sacha Baron Cohen have already been announced to present at the Golden Globes, which will air live on NBC.
The nominees for this year Golden Globes include "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button", "Wall-E" and "The Dark Knight". Aside from honoring the best in feature films and television, the awards will also hand out Cecil B. DeMille Award for Steven Spielberg.

A spokesperson for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony has put to rest rumours the star couple's marriage is on the rocks.
The singer/actress sparked reports of a rocky patch with Anthony after she was photographed without her wedding ring at the Los Angeles premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button last week
The couple, parents to ten-month-old twins Max and Emme, then stepped out with their wedding bands for a romantic date in New York on Tuesday (16Dec08) in a bid to quash doubt over their four-year marriage.
And now a representative has released a statement explaining the pair is still very much together and "doing great".
The spokesperson says, "(These) are fabricated stories. He had a boys night out. She had a girls night out. There is nothing wrong with that.

Say it ain’t so!!! Could it be that the supposed happily married Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are on the verge of dunzoness? According to US Weekly magazine, yes … they are. Last week, J. Lo — in all her Diva Latina glory — showed up at the Hollywood premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button sans hubby Marc Anthony which immediately raised red flags and set tongues wagging that there may be trouble in paradise. In a new US Weekly coverstory this week, the mag contends that the couple have reached the “breaking point” and are very near calling off their 4-year marriage:
Rumors swirled that Lopez’s marriage was on the rocks after she showed up to the premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button last week without her 8-carat diamond engagement ring, wedding band - or ever present husband, Marc Anthony (who was spotted in Las Vegas sans wedding band the weekend before). Multiple sources confirm to to Us Weekly their marriage is at a breaking point. “They both didn’t wear their rings on purpose,” a mutual pal of the married couple of four years (who renewed their vows in October) tells Us. “Nothing Jennifer does is without purpose.” While Anthony’s rep insists to Us, “They are doing great,” a source tells Us deep trouble has been brewing. “He’s very, very controlling of her,” a close Anthony pal tells Us. “The skirts aren’t as short. You don’t see so much of that booty anymore.” The new Us Weekly also reports that Anthony also picks out Lopez’s clothes and keeps tabs on her phone calls. But Lopez — who once claimed she “loved getting his opinions” — has become less interested in his approval since the birth of their 10-month-old twins, Max and Emme. “She walks in from work, washes her hands and grabs the babies,” a longtime friend tells Us. “With him, it’s almost like, ‘Ugh, they’re crying again?’” Another problem: Lopez — who once commanded $15 million per film — “blames Marc for her career going down the tubes,” says a mutual pal, adding that she’s bitter about the failure of their 2006 drama, El Cantante, which only grossed $7.5 million. (Her 2002 flick Maid in Manhattan earned over $94 million.) “Jennifer looked around and said, ‘This is my life now? I’m a Long Island housewife?’” a pal says. “She hates that everything she worked for went down the tubes.” … Anthony has also been badmouthing his wife. One night after their tense family Thanksgiving in which the couple “didn’t sit together,” Anthony hit NYC hotspots Bungalow 8 and Marquee, where he was spotted with his hand on a woman’s thigh and overheard complaining about his wife to a group of women, “telling them, ‘She’s making me miserable,’” a source says. His club spree didn’t stop there: The next night, he was photographed by TMZ.com partying sans wedding band with pal Eva Longoria Parker and Russell Crowe in Las Vegas. (A source says, “According to Jennifer, he didn’t cheat.”) The pair, who hadn’t been spotted together since Oct. 23 — and the very public removal of their wedding bands — had dinner Tuesday at Beverly Hills restaurant Luau, which they left holding hands.
